Compass Digital is the technology innovation arm of Compass Group, a global leader in food and support services. Compass Digital aims focuses on driving transformation and innovation in the hospitality spaces across Business & Industry, Education, and Healthcare, with products being used in schools, colleges, hospitals, office buildings, senior living communities, tourist attractions, sports venues, remote camps and military installations and more all across North America.
As a product designer, I focused on enhancing user experiences for guests and operators. I ran user research sessions to drive design decisions, and collaborated with product managers, developers, and designers to drive innovation and deliver impactful results across a range of digital products:
Owning experiences in the guest facing apps, Boost and Thrive (iOS, Android, Web)
Designing features for the award-winning Kitchen Display System (iOS)
Designing features for the SaaS back-end platform, CentricOS (Web)
